Two obvious dog representations appear in the paintings below as follows: in Seated Woman: just to the right of the seated woman, in the gloom, a labrador sits quietly. In Family of Saltimbanques: I pasted a photograph of one of Picasso’s dogs–Kabul–onto the canvas to the right of the saltimbanque family.
