40 YEARS OF MARRIAGE LOVE HAPPINESS AND TRAVEL

I created this artwork to celebrate forty years of marriage to my wife Jo-Anne (Joie). Examination of the centre of the work will find us on our wedding day along with XL, Roman numerals for forty. Surrounding us are pictured many of the countries and cities we have travelled to: some are obvious, Las Vegas, Venice, Africa,  Vietnam,  Paris, London, Japan. Some not so obvious: Ayers Rock, Monument Valley, Bali, Monteriggioni Tuscany, Gallipoli, Rome, Santorini, Dachau, Oradour-sur-Glane, Loch Ness, New York, Tahiti, England, Gallipoli and Florence (identifiable by The Statue of David’s genitals).
